14-Day EU Return & Warranty Policy

1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

1.1. Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and § 56 of the Estonian Law of Obligations Act (Võlaõigusseadus), consumer buyers have the right to withdraw from a purchase agreement without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from receipt of goods.

1.2. The 14-day withdrawal period begins on the calendar day following the physical receipt of the parcel by the Buyer or designated recipient.

2. Conditions for Eligible Returns

2.1. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, complete, and sealed in their original commercial packaging.

2.2. Due to health and hygiene protection regulations (Võlaõigusseadus § 53 lg 4 p 4.1), gel polishes, cosmetic elixirs, and liquid polymer formulas that have been unsealed or opened after delivery are exempt from return rights.

3. Step-by-Step Return Procedure

• Submit a return request email to liliakonaou@gmail.com stating your order ID and list of items to return.
• Pack the products securely in protective packaging to prevent damage in transit.
• Ship the parcel to our registered warehouse address at Rotermanni tn 6, Tallinn, 10111, Estonia.

4. Shipping Costs & Refund Processing

4.1. Direct return postage fees are borne by the Buyer unless the returned item is defective or delivered in error.

4.2. Refunds (including initial standard shipping costs) will be issued within 14 calendar days from receipt and inspection of the returned parcel at our warehouse.

4.3. Refunds are credited via the original payment method used during checkout.

5. Technical Equipment Warranty

5.1. All technical equipment (LED lamps, electric nail drills, dust collectors) includes an official European manufacturer warranty.

5.2. Warranty duration is 24 months for individual consumers and 12–24 months for B2B commercial accounts.
